Founded in 2013 by Jenn Neuman, NEU Spaces by Jenn, located in Jacksonville, Florida, is an independently owned and operated company that empowers clients to replace chaos with order in their environments and lives.

We help clients transition from one space to another, from one lifestyle to another and offer unique, customized solutions for organized living.

Jenn Neuman

Founder & CEO

With a background in social work and certification as a Life Transition Specialist, Jenn Neuman understands the emotional complexities of moving and organizing. Her empathetic approach ensures clients feel supported and empowered during significant life transitions.

Jenn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Business Communications from Florida State University, graduating with Lambda Pi Eta honors. Born in Indiana, she has lived in various Florida cities, including Fort Myers, Tallahassee, Jacksonville and others. With each relocation, she acquired skills and insights for establishing and maintaining an organized life. Jenn is a frequent public speaker and presenter and persuasively advocates for the benefits of living a simplified and organized life.

When Jenn is not helping to organize her clients’ lives, she actively volunteers her time to charitable organizations including the Jacksonville Jewish Federation, First Coast No More Homeless Pets, Jewish Family and Community Services, Alzheimer’s Association and River Garden Auxiliary.

A Maryland native, Jen Cury holds degrees from the University of Maryland and California State University, Long Beach. As a former elementary-school educator and Teacher of the Year, she developed systems and strategies that helped students thrive in organized, supportive classrooms. Since joining NEU Spaces in 2018, Jen has applied that same passion for transforming chaos into calm—designing personalized, efficient “NEU Spaces” that boost productivity and well-being for every client.

Carrie Bielski

Originally from South Florida, Carrie Bielski earned a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Florida before moving to Jacksonville with her husband in 2001. After 13 years with a major pharmaceutical company, she stepped away to raise two daughters and deepen her lifelong love of organization. Since joining NEU Spaces in 2019, Carrie has leveraged her eye for detail and calm, problem-solving style to turn cluttered areas into streamlined, functional spaces clients love.

Jacksonville native Jen Zunic knows the power of an orderly home. After meeting her husband, Andy, at the University of Georgia and spending several years in Atlanta, she returned to Jacksonville to raise their two daughters near family. Blending a designer’s eye with a love of efficiency, Jen delivers patient, detail-driven, judgment-free makeovers that turn chaos into comfort—an approach that keeps clients coming back. Off duty, she enjoys the beach, reading, lively game nights and spontaneous travel with her family.

As the spouse of a U.S. Navy officer and mother of five, Kendra Roncketti has perfected the art of keeping busy lives organized. Whether planning family adventures, coordinating schedules or transforming living areas into calm, efficient spaces, she thrives on bringing order to every project. Passionate about sun-filled beach days and memory-making trips with her “crew,” Kendra channels that same energy and positivity into NEU Spaces, helping clients achieve clarity and peace in their homes.
