Founded in 2013 by Jenn Neuman, NEU Spaces by Jenn, located in Jacksonville, Florida, is an independently owned and operated company that empowers clients to replace chaos with order in their environments and lives. We help clients transition from one space to another, from one lifestyle to another and offer unique, customized solutions for organized living. The company is fully licensed, bonded and insured.
Our mission is to improve the daily lives of our clients by providing customized organizational solutions and services that maximize simplicity, efficiency and order. We accomplish this with compassion, kindness and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
Jenn Neuman, Founder & CEO
Jenn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Business Communications from Florida State University, graduating with Lambda Pi Eta honors. Born in Indiana, she has lived in a variety of Florida cities, including Ft. Myers, Tallahassee, Jacksonville and others. With each relocation, she acquired skills and insights for establishing and maintaining an organized life. Jenn is a frequent public speaker and presenter and advocates persuasively for the benefits of living a simplified and organized life.
When Jenn is not helping to organize her clients’ lives, she actively volunteers her time to charitable organizations including the Jacksonville Jewish Federation, First Coast No More Homeless Pets, Jewish Family and Community Services, Alzheimer’s Association and River Garden Auxiliary.
Jennifer PERLMUTTER, TEAM MEMBER
Jen P. grew up residing between New Jersey & Colorado, where her family ran successful custom home building, interior design, and home staging businesses. Jen attended the University of Georgia where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree and went on to work in sales and marketing. Being organized, creative, motivated, and meticulous have been keys to her success in life. Jen, along with her husband and 2 children, moved to Florida in 2014.
Growing up in a family committed to bettering a client’s home, as well as perfecting her own home’s organized living standards, has equipped Jen with the ability to give back the gift of family time and peace of mind to her clients. Jen spends extra time volunteering at her kids’ schools and for their sports teams and in various other volunteer capacities throughout the community.
Jen Cury, TEAM MEMBER
Jen C. grew up in Maryland and studied at University of Maryland and California State University. As a former elementary educator, Jen implemented efficient organizational systems and processes to allow her students to thrive and learn in the best environment possible. She has also implemented her skills as a Girl Scout troop leader, guiding her scouts to plan, fundraise and complete multiple philanthropic projects.
Jen enjoys organizing and streamlining homes and workspaces. Her passion for helping others shines through her philanthropic heart. She loves to create order out of chaos, allowing clients to improve productivity and well-being in a functional, peaceful environment. The skills she acquired as an educator and volunteer help her understand the best way to effectively create and design “Neu Spaces” for our clients.
